How to use Case Converter
Put text in Input text, then choose a button under Case style. The result appears in Converted output, where the text is read-only. Select Upload when the source is already saved as a text file.
- Enter or paste text in Input text, or select Upload.
- Select a mode under Case style, such as UPPER CASE or Sentence case.
- Review the text in Converted output.
- Select Copy or Download below the output when you need the converted text elsewhere.
What each case mode changes
UPPER CASE changes every letter to uppercase. lower case changes every letter to lowercase. Title Case first lowercases the whole value, then capitalizes a letter at the start or after any character that is not a letter or number. Sentence case also starts with lowercase text, then capitalizes the first letter and the first letter after a period, exclamation mark, or question mark.

UPPER CASE: HELLO WORLD! SECOND LINE.
Sentence case: Hello world! Second line.
Title Case: Hello World! Second Line.aLtErNaTiNg switches upper and lower case as it reaches each letter. Spaces, numbers, and punctuation stay in place and do not change the switch. sArCaStIc 🧽 uses the same letter sequence, but Re-roll Sarcastic can change which case starts the sequence.
How punctuation affects sentence and title case
Sentence case checks for ., !, and ?. After one of these marks, it capitalizes the next letter it reaches, even when spaces or other characters come first. Title Case treats every non-letter and non-number as a boundary. aLtErNaTiNg and sArCaStIc 🧽 leave those non-letter characters unchanged.

Upload accepts .txt, .csv, .log, .md, and plain-text files. The Converted output area stays hidden while the converted value is empty. Copy and Download are disabled in that state. After you select sArCaStIc 🧽 and enter text, Re-roll Sarcastic becomes available; it selects that mode and changes its starting case.

Use Case Converter when the change is about letter case.
