What JPG quality and EXIF preservation change
JPG quality sets the JPEG quality value between 1 and 100. Each result shows the source size, JPG size, and Change percentage, so the output can be checked row by row.
When Preserve EXIF metadata (camera, date, GPS) is checked, the converter reads available source metadata and writes supported camera, date, exposure, lens, and GPS fields into the JPG. Clear the checkbox to skip that metadata read.

Preserve original date in ZIP download controls the dates stored on files inside the ZIP. It leaves the JPG image and filename conversion unchanged: photo.heic becomes photo.jpg. A row download stays a separate JPG, and the ZIP is named heic-to-jpg.zip.
The ZIP includes converted outputs. The file list can show Ready, Not converted, or a failure message. Changing JPG quality or Preserve EXIF metadata (camera, date, GPS) clears current outputs, so the batch needs another conversion.
What HEIC to JPG conversion accepts
The file input accepts names ending in .heic or .heif, along with HEIC and HEIF image types. A duplicate with the same name, size, and modified time is skipped. Remove a row before converting if it should not be part of the batch.
